My students sometimes mess their code so much that they need to “fallback” to default version provided by me as teacher.
Is there any simple way how to do it? The old Replit Classrooms had this feature…

However, this probably wouldn’t help with the situation when students find a bug in my assignment (Teams for education), I make an update and they would like to sync with my new “starting point”, would it?
When developing new course, this is a common scenario and such a feature would be a great help.

No, this feature does not exist yet AFAIK. You can make a post in #feature-requests for it.
