I think I got everything in the Repl, let me know if it’s missing anything.
Basically what I did was unzip on my computer, then upload all the files, then one-by-one the directories (other than node_modules and client/node_modules), then I zipped the two node_modules directories so they’d only upload one file rather than sending hundreds of upload requests each and unzipped them inside the Repl. 
So you’re saying you were able to restore the project to working state?
I believe so, you should be able to see it in the bounty submission
Did You in any way changed the .zip file?
Ths SFX files could be corrupted.

try using the clui i think you can recover deleted files from there
AFAIK you can only recover deleted repls from the CLUI, not individual files.
