Resources pane in the sidebar maximizes when I open another Repl

Problem description:
If I have a Repl open in one tab and open a different one in a different browser tab, the Resources section in the sidebar maximizes.

Expected behavior:
The Resources section in the sidebar should remain in its original state and not change when I open a different Repl.

Actual behavior:
Upon opening another Repl in a different browser tab, the Resources section in the sidebar maximizes.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a Repl
2. Collapse the Resources and Tools sections leaving only the Files section open
3. In a different browser tab, open any Repl you own (land in the workspace)
4. The Resources tab maximizes itself

Bug appears at this link:
I have confirmed this in any Repl, multiple times

Just a quick update, I was able to reproduce this across a browser tab and the desktop app so it’s probably session-related.

We are rolling out a new design for the Resources pane, which will solve these issues. Once we roll that out, please check if the issue still persists!
