Resource limit too low

Hi
I have been subscribed to Pro plan a couple of months now. In middle August suddenly my repls became much slower. The resource limit set itself to 0.5 vCPUs, as for free tier users. The same happened to RAM.
But Storage capacity stayed at Pro Plan levels.
I tried reaching out to support 3 times, but no reply.
Does anyone know what might be the problem or how I can get in touch with them?
Love replit, would love to get what i paid for again.
