Repls are not loading and I am unable to create new repls

Description of the problem (please keep it simple and short):

Can’t access my Team repls to grade student projects

Explain what you were trying to do:

I can see a list of my students repls when I log in to the team, but when I click on them they fail to load. I am based in Canada if that makes a difference - not using a VPN etc.

What areas or features are involved?

Just want to see the files and be able to run the repl

I think it has something to do with the NA servers being down.
Apparently, the NA clusters are down as they’re apparently unstable.

They’ve been like that for days, why is it so much worse now?
