Problem description:
When running code using turtle the output won’t run. The screen just spins and tries to load

Expected behavior:
Turtle draws shape corresponding to code written

Actual behavior:
Output just spins and looks like it is trying to load

Duplicate of Output seems broken ? No more Pygames?, but I have run out of flags.
