Replit webview "Loading your page"

Problem description:
Heya. On my replit project when I start the server it opens up a webview and for the past 3 hours it has been saying “Loading your page”

Expected behavior:
Everything’s supposed to be normal but the problem I have is that if the webview ain’t working domain linking is useless

Actual behavior:
Start up server. Logs I guess log and then the server runs but the webview does not load like the webview tab shows up but it says loading your page

Steps to reproduce:
I think its on any replit because I forked different repos and this happened ;-;

Welcome to Ask @Itzfiizy! The reason that traditional custom domain linking on Replit was removed is because traditional hosting is being removed from Replit. It is being replaced by deployments ( You can link a custom domain to deployments. Static repls[1] will soon be able to be deployed without a credit card. Non-static repls will require a paid plan to host but will still be able to have custom domains (so long as the repl hosts a website).

  1. repls without a backend ↩︎

@Itzfiizy I think it’s because your repl is some Eaglercraft thing.
We are sad to say that Microsoft (Parent company of Mojang, creator of Minecraft) have filed copyright claims (DMCA – Digital Millennium Copyright Act). According to Wikipedia, a DMCA is:

It criminalizes production and dissemination of technology, devices, or services intended to circumvent measures that control access to copyrighted works

Therefore, these are going to be banned in the future on replit since eaglercraft allows one to access Minecraft without the restrictions, regulation, and $26.95 USD fee.

“Digital Millennium Copyright Act - Wikipedia”. En.Wikipedia.Org, 2020,

Unless your repl is a server only (no client), it’ll be banned.
