So recently i got a notifacation saying im out of replit bandwidth? so I saw there was an old repl that I don’t even work on and deleted it and it still says throttling is it permenant and also when was this added Ive never seen this before

The egress is not permanent and will reset on the first day of every month. However, since it’s the start of the month, you will have to wait quite a while.
