so when ever I try to access any repl it says the error in the image. it started when i tryed to run a repl and it didnt work so i reloaded the page but then it showed the error. I’ve tried restarting chrome and my pc

Just follow what they have asked you to do. Your internet connection may also be the issue; it could be insecure or unreliable, which may lead to loading or firewall issues.
