Replit double-charged me for egress

I just purchased more egress because my forum burned 4gb of egress, and now replit charged me twice, even though I only purchased once. Could I somehow get a refund for one of the purchases?

In replit.com if you go to Help > Get Help > I have a billing issue > I was billed incorrectly

it allows you to give this information to Replit:

Or maybe contact support email and they’ll give you a refund.

lol, they deprecated that; the ask forums have become the direct contact to the staff

If they decapitated it, why don’t they just remove it?
