Replit 404 Error on Static Repl

Question:
Why the heck is replit so unstable? What happened to HTML repls?
Repl link/Link to where the bug appears:

It’s an HTML repl: https://replit.com/@python660/Template

In fact, I actually published it here as well.

(NOT A 404 PAGE, IT’s THE INDEX.HTML CONTENT.)

Seems like a problem when you don’t use https at the start

with further experimentation, you need to visit the site with a browser then go back to the shell to use it, for some reason. IDK why though.

I don’t get what’s wrong, everything seems to work

but once in a while my repls would say “run repl to see result here” and sometimes say “your repl’s too popular”, while other times when doing wget, it’ll say 404 even after multiple attempts.
