Repl not letting me use it

Bug description:
My repl just says “you can not use this repl right now”.

Expected vs Current Behavior:
I can use and edit the repl vs I can’t use or edit the repl.

Steps to reproduce:

It is literally a proxy, I think you said before that it was within the TOS, so it should be fixed soon.

but arent there alot of proxies on replit though that hasn’t been flagged yet?
