Problem description:
When we click the reload button beside our link, we expect to see it have a quick rotating animation, to indicate that it is reloading the site. Rarely, this animation occurs. Most of the time, though, it does not.
Expected behaviour:
The animation to occur every time we press the reload button
Actual behavior:
Animation rarely occurs.
