Ran out of storage on Repl?

I upgraded to the Hacker plan which says I have 5G of account storage, but the first Repl I created ran out of storage at 1G.

Is there a limit on how much storage each Repl can have?

Afaik, account storage is not repl storage. To get repl storage I think you have to boost the repl.
