Here is a course to help you learn Python, taught by the amazing @DavidAtReplit!

This is a good place to start!

Luckily for you, Python is one of the easiest programming languages to learn. With practice, you can become a great programmer. I learn Python from school, but there are many places online to do that. Try W3Schools and/or Replit Learn.

Also, sometimes looking at existing codes and tweaking them can help you learn. That (combined with occasional internet searches) is how I learned HTML and CSS. However, a true tutorial would be better (and I still would not call myself great at HTML and CSS).
