Python unit tests crash on initialization

Expected vs Current Behavior:
Expect unit tests to run

Steps to reproduce:
run unit tests

Same issue is happening with all other student assignment projects in the teams my school uses. First noticed issue on Nov 7th.

This is the error outputted to the console when attempting to un unit tests:
