Prolog comment character is WRONG

Problem description:
Character when commenting out code using Ctrl + / in Prolog is set to ‘#’. Prolog comment charater is ‘%’

Expected behavior:
Lines that are commented out should start with a ‘%’ character.

Actual behavior:
Lines commented out using Ctrl + / have a ‘#’ charater put at the start

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a new repl that uses Prolog
  2. Write some code
  3. Highlight the lines that you want to comment out and press Ctrl + /
  4. The lines now start with a ‘#’ character which is incorrect!
