Problem uploading an image into a file

I am a replit user from the phone. I am really having a problem with patching an image from the device into a folder. In fact, I am able to upload pictures of my project, but I cannot put them inside the folder. I tried all the methods, and none of them worked for me.

Go to the Shell, and type mv [file] [folder].

when we open the side bar. then where are three dots and click it.then show this pic. You can upload a file means any pic.Later you rename the file.
