Pro plan partially updated

Hi,

I was on hacker plan months ago then on free plan. Today I updated to a pro plan but it seems that my account is partially updated. Instead of 100 Gb bandwith I have 80 ? And on my profil it says that I am on the hacker plan…

Next, when I click “upgrade” button it says that I’m on hacker plan and I can upgrade to pro but I don’t : I already paid for a pro member.

Could the support team looks at this ?

I am always on the hack plan for now at the same as I paid for a Pro plan. Don’t have any new from the support…
