Problem description:
Your system does not allow a new replit from a private github repo. But when creating a replit you can import a private repo even though you don’t have the premium.

IIRC if you import a privet repo it will be a public repl if you don’t have hacker

The issue is that when the replit is created, it is not allowed to import a private git, but when creating a public replit it is possible to import a private git
