Describe your feature request
Since pming is taken up for mod and support purposes with private issues, create a feature where users can invite people into a dm as to not disturb other topics

What problem(s) would this feature solve?
It solves:

  1. disappointed users
  2. topic flooding
  3. misuse of the private-messaging feature for private issues.

Explain what you were trying to do when you came across the problem leading to this feature request
Having a group chat separate from the created topics

Also I think a ticket system that assembles a list of users’ private issues chats organizes the workspace, would be a good idea, and makes it easy for moderators and support to move to people’s issues, all users have to do is create a ticket.

This already exists, except the feature is TL3+. It’s called Chatting.

@not-ethan what do you think about allowing users TL2 to chat? Not creating a TL2+ chat channel (as I suggested before), but just allowing them to chat?
