I don’t understand what you are asking here. Do you have an issue (a) where your code displays a 404 PHP error or (b) are you trying to create a customised 404 PHP page?

If (a) please post a link to your Repl so other users in the community can see your code and suggest some ideas.

Sorry, I don’t think you can do this. The PHP web server doesn’t respond to .htaccess files.
