Other user's cursors lag when scrolling

Bug description:
When scrolling while another user’s cursor is on the page, the users cursor lags behind its real location vertically.

Expected vs Current Behavior:
Expected: Cursor scrolls down when the code scrolls down at the same rate
Current: Cursor lags

Steps to reproduce:
Open a new repl
Make a file with an excessive amount of lines: Move your cursor to approximately the middle of the screen vertically
Open that same repl in a new tab
Scroll and notice how the cursor lags behind.

@JBlitzar This is an interesting one, but I can’t seem to reproduce even with a fork of your Repl. I tried in browser and on the mobile app.

Would you be able to try in Chrome Incognito mode and/or another browser to check the possibility of extensions causing this issue?

@JBlitzar Nevermind! It wasn’t consistent, but I was able to reproduce after all. Let me get this reported to our team for a fix in a future release. Thanks so much.
