I would love this and this should be an easy thing to add. There is a tutorial on meta for this.

The code there doesn’t work and I think it’s clashing with other changes to the user card / profile (so the username vanishes entirely when I add it).
Good to know that wasn’t something on my end. Try making it a theme component and not in the main theme.
