when I try to get to my program it says its not found so I tried refreshing my page but it did not work so I did a new tab but it still didn’t work. help please!

Basicly for HTML/CSS/JS repls there MUST be an index.html file in the root directory not within any folders. And you do not. What you can do is just make the file and make it a redirect to the file you want to be viewed.
