Not able to add members in my teams

Problem description: Not able to add members

Expected behavior: the button manage members I hope it should give me access to add new members

**Actual behavior: the button is unresponsive and does nothing **

Steps to reproduce: i have no idea

**Bug appears at this link: at every teams **

Browser/OS/Device: I am using chrome on windows

I even filled the educator form.
