New project stuck on "Working"

Problem description:
When our students go to start a new project the button centre top stays on Working for ages.

Expected behavior:
We expect it to change quickly to say Run

Actual behavior:
Currently the button stays on Working for ages with the spinning circle.

Steps to reproduce:
This is whenever we open an existing or a new project.

Bug appears at this link:

Browser: Microsoft Edge
OS: Windows 10
Device (Android, iOS, NA leave blank):
Desktop app version (Avatar menu->“Version”) or NA:
Plan (Free, Hacker, Pro Plan):
