New package file that I deleted cannot be added back

I recently deleted a packer file in node.js . I tried to add a new version of the file, but it kept on saying, “A file or folder with that name already exists.” The file I want to add back is package-lock.json

Welcome to Ask! Maybe Replit auto-generated the file? I know you need it. Try just opening the file (might be hidden) and deleting all its contents (I recommend Ctrl + A to select it all and then Backspace or Delete to remove it), then copying and pasting the contents from the new file into it.
