Yes I highly recommend Flask. I am teaching myself Flask and so far it has been very rewarding. I need <5 HTML files and minimal code to host dozens of unique webpages.

For most people on here Other = Python, am I right? I also picked Ruby

Then if you wanna make apps maybe you can learn Lua
But if you wanna make games learn C# and figure out how to use Unity intellisense in VSCode lol

What do you mean? The support can be slow because of the small community, but someone usually get’s around. And what do you mean excitement?

How so? It seemed reasonable, the community is not know for being active.

Because I do not want to discourage them from learning anyhow.
I find it a fun language and since they come from python, might be a simpler way to get to statically typed programming than, for example, rust.
