New Discourse category for Replit downtimes, eg. #replit-is-down

Describe your feature request
I’d like a new category here on the Replit Ask/Discourse, something like #Replit is Down for reporting downtimes, temporary Replit issues, etc.

What problem(s) would this feature solve?
Flooding #bug-reports and #help with temporary issues that usually last a few hours.

Explain what you were trying to do when you came across the problem leading to this feature request
I think Replit hosting is down, because all Repl websites are loading really slow, and some are timing out.

I do agree, temporary issues don’t feel like they belong in #bug-reports, but then again, they are actually bug reports, and there’s a reason you can mark a Repl as a solution. Once Replit staff member confirms the bug is fixed that reply can be marked as the solution signifying issue is solved. Also note that technically all issues that are solved were only temporary issues (I do know what you mean though).

I am “currently” working on something to solve this. I will finish tonight as long as I don’t get distracted with other stuff like I have in the past week.

Basically this will have everything but then major things (stuff that goes on status.replit.com) will have its own topic and it will become a banner.

Made it. New issues will be new replies and it is pinned in the #bug-reports. Major issues will still get their own topics. People unable to link to MongoDB | Incidents
