Well, first I would make a plan:
- What do you want your website to do?
- What do you want it to look like?
- What technologies do you need to make your website!

There are many tutorials out there that can help you make a website. One website I particularly use for tutorials/help is www.w3schools.com.
I recommend using languages like HTML, CSS and JavaScript to code your website, but like @dragonhunter1 said, start by making a plan.

Also in future, please use suitable titles that summarises and describes your request best, because the current title of this topic doesn’t really explain that you need help with coding a website.
