My webview shows an invalid response

I am new to Replit - signed up today. And my Webview only returns an invalid response (but is visible from a new tab). It should simply return “Hello world.”

I have seen other threads reporting this issue but could not find a resolution.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

copy and paste your existing code into another program

Thank you for the advice! I tested the code on jsfiddle and it works. Pasting the code in a new program on Replit did not fix the Webview issue.

I would just open the webview up in its own tab and reload it everytime you make change while your building your program. that’s what I do
