My Repl isn't loading

Bug description:

I turned on Ghostwriter and then it said my Repl was unavailable either temporarily or due to a violation of the terms of service. I’m not doing anything weird, just hacking on a side project. I’m also paying $20/month so this is a pretty bad experience.

I just checked out your Repl, and it seems to be working fine. Are you still experiencing this issue?
