My High School IT Department blocks Repl.It because

“…students have been using it to spin up proxy nodes from github and using them to circumvent district content filtering. Unfortunately because of this, we cannot allow it to be unblocked.”

Is there anything you can do on your side to prevent this?

I’m a teacher, using the Education package in Teams to facilitate my C++ classes.

You could use firewalledreplit.com which is a stricter version of replit where repls do not have internet access and there is not a community.

Welcome to Ask!

Replit is aware of this issue and tries very hard to block proxies (in fact, unblockers are against the ToS). You can report any unblockers and Replit will probably take them down (although if they’re made by your students that is a problem). You could use firewalledreplit.com as Milo suggested.
