Greetings, I am contemplating constructing a free back-end API for harnessing the power of advanced generative pre-training transformers, notably the groundbreaking GPT-4 and GPT-3.5. though the prospect excites me, and the benefits for our community are plentiful, I am somewhat hesitant concerning its immediate release. your discerning thoughts, suggestions, and general feedback would be greatly appreciated :).
