Describe your feature request
Don’t automatically create a database for every single Repl, instead allow users to toggle whether they are using it or not in the database tab in the tools dock.

What problem(s) would this feature solve?
This would probably be beneficial for Replit as there wouldn’t be random empty databases not being used because they were automatically created on Repl creation.

Explain what you were trying to do when you came across the problem leading to this feature request
I have recently been replying to a post about ReplDB which questions the possibility of connecting to multiple databases and thought about how every single Repl has one and how wasteful that would be if not all of them are used.

And what would happen with current repls? All have it enabled? All disabled?

All stay enabled, simply to prevent any unfortunate issues, however, new Repls would default to disabled and old Repls would have the option to disable them if a user wanted to. Also this adds the possibility of adding databases as a powerup, on top of that, more database storage would also be a good powerup.

Edit: or databases themselves can just become a powerup.
