Lower Max Bounty Reward

Describe your feature request
I think that the maximum price of a bounty reward should be lowered from the current $10,000 (1,000,000 Cycles), to around a max of $1,500 or lower.
What problem(s) would this feature solve?
This would stop people from getting rid of large amounts of money. I don’t think it is very smart to dump large amounts of money into one website.
Explain what you were trying to do when you came across the problem leading to this feature request
I was just scrolling through the bounties page when I noticed that there were bounties posted for ridiculous amounts of money, like in the $3000 range. I did not think that was a smart idea, so I decided to make this feature request.

And you don’t need to. If somebody wants to they can it’s their money. If anything Replit is going to continue increasing the max amount so people keep posting large bounties that us hunters love

Also, Replit has no reason to lower the amount, since it’s part of how they make money.
