It would be very helpful if when a student clicks submit, they have view-only access to their code until it’s been reviewed or they unsubmit it.
This would also require a differentiation between never submitted, submitted + awaiting review and previously submitted + reviewed.
Until we get that feature, the way that I deal with this is I just grab the history slider and put it back to submission time! It’s two clicks and very convenient.
Thanks for the idea! I do this as well, but I think the tracking of submission/reviewing could be a wee bit more functional and this is one of the features that would help.
