“Licensed” Title for badge

tl;dr https://ask.replit.com/badges/101/licensed should have a title

The licensed badge is given when completing the advanced user tutorial (not the beginning one), I believe a title would encourage more people to do the advanced user tutorial (as of now it has only 65 awarded), the tutorial is a extra tutorial that is meant to be more advanced than the Discobot starting tutorial.

I dont think it should give a title. Titles should be given for achieving something like TL3 or doing something hard like champion. Not something you can easily do on day 1

Licensed badge is a joke. I got it the first few minutes after joining this site.
All you have to do is @discobot start advanced tutorial in a DM.
