Replit will block any repl that helps bypass school restrictions, and in this case, you have a repl that uses a proxy to do just that.

As a result, proxies on Replit are generally blocked. If your proxy is not meant to bypass a firewall or other access control measure, you can contact Replit.
I have been told that proxies don’t trigger this error but in my experience the error tends to appear on proxy Repls so
If you go to OP’s repl, it says in the description that it is to bypass restrictions.
