I want to change my username to wutadam, but someone claimed WUTAdam specifically to keep me from using that username. Is there any way at all that I can use wutadam, or am I barred from ever accessing that name?
Unless you know the person, this is extremely unlikely. If you do know the person, you could ask them to give you the account, but otherwise, there is nothing you can do.

Like @MattDESTROYER said, if you know the person, I would tell them to give you the username, but if you don’t you could try to contact them via messaging them across their account and/or projects. If that doesn’t work - I’m stumped.
