iOS: app forgets open files after switching apps and returning

Bug description:
Replit iOS Mobile app forgets open files after switching iOS apps and returning

Expected vs Current Behavior:
I would expect the files I had opened to remain open. They currently close/reset, as if I’m opening a new session.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open Replit iOS app
  2. Open a project / REPL
  3. Open a file
  4. Switch apps to something else (eg. Chrome mobile for iOS)
  5. Switch back to Repl mobile app (may need to wait up to 10 seconds)
  6. Observe the previously opened files are now gone. Also it temporarily showed “Working” in the main button instead of “Stop”. Also notice the Console and Web view do remain open.

Same for me on iPad. Makes app almost impossible to use.
