Installing extensions from url

When I have last developed extensions, you could install one temporarily by using the Ctrl-K menu, but now that option seems to not exist. How am I supposed to test out my extensions, since this options is gone?

Problem description: When your in a Repl and you click the magnifying glass at the top right, and then you click extensions, there should a store option, but there isn’t.
