Incorrect submission date in export

Bug description:

When exporting the data, the submission date of the student is incorrect.

Expected vs Current Behavior:
Submission date on REPLIT UI - 6/20/2023 6:23 PM
Submission date on export - 6/21/2023 1:23:16 AM

Thank you. I think you’re saving the dates in GST format and the UI shows the local timezone which is PST. You can just mention the timezone in your exports.
