This Repl appears to break Replit TOS for the following reasons:

12. Use the Service to attack or tamper with other websites, services, and individuals;

24. Use the Service to create a proxy with the purpose of circumventing any firewall or other access control measure;

There may be other reasons as well, but the above would be enough to prevent other users from forking the Repl.
