Welcome to Ask! Can you please clarify the issue you are facing? AI is now included with all plans and should not have any direct connection to 100 Days of Code (other than I assume you can access it from the workspace on 100 DoC Repls just like any other Repl).

If you are using Teams for EDU and want AI gone completely, vote on the existing feature request: AI Code Completion in Teams for EDU

you can disable extensions in the Extensions pane. There should be a button reminiscent to a red trash can.
