HTML-CSS-JS Repls aren’t working.
Expected behavior:
The website will load.
Actual behavior:
“This site can’t be reached” error.
Steps to reproduce:
Create an HTML-CSS-JS repl and open its website.

Flask is having the same problem I think.
Everything looks to be working from my view.
Only your 2 projects don’t work, but MY HTML projects this is a HTML project work.
Please send a link. Projects that use Flask work for me too. This project from dragonhunter1 uses Flask and it works.

Hmm, please test if my links work. That way we can see if it occurs for specific users/projects because for me, I have no problem except those two repls by @minugafernando and @OmegaOrbitals and perhaps you can link a repl where it happens for you.
Older HTML projects work, but new ones don’t.

But in my case old HTML, CSS, JS repl also not working.

Works for me, and all my other Repls seem to be working fine except for custom domains. But custom domains have been broken for over a month now.
