How to use boosted resources and deploy

Question:

Hello
I have a problem with lack of resources for my repl - there are only 2 CPU.
Although I purchased 16x boost.
But no additional resources are allocated.

Also I have a problem with deployment.
At the last stage an error occurs - Your app failed to promote
Please help me figure it out.

The boost is for the editor and not the deployment. If you want more reasons in the deployment you will need to buy more when deploying.
