How to remove unnecessary package files from the default setting of creating a new file?

Question:
Whenever I create a new file in python, Replit automatically adds two unnecessary packages to it, which are always started when the program is executed. How should I delete them so they don’t appear in new files by default? Please help.

Hi @drenacvorovic , welcome to the forums!
In the Files sidebar, go to the 3 dots at the top > Show Hidden Files >.replit file. Once in the .replit file, enter this line below the entrypoint line:

disableGuessImports = true

Hope this helps!
