You could try tapping on something else. I haven’t personally used the mobile version of Replit.

Bug description:When I try to edit something this random panel pops up and doesn’t let me edit anything on phone

What version of the app are you on? You can see by going to account->about.

its not even random they should fix it since it basically unusable

It was random. That post was on a completely different and unrelated topic and I had to move it to this topic because the user was posting on multiple topics in an attempt to get help faster.
As stated, I used to be able to long-click and copy the code on my phone. Now with the new pop-up window appearing, I can see the phone copy options and I can select the text either.
How do I get rid of the new pop-up window covering my entire mobile screen?

Welcome to the forums!
I don’t think you can hide it. But if you’re using Gboard you can tap the “I” with arrows on the sides, tap “Select” and use the arrow buttons to select text. Then use the menu on the right to Copy or Paste.

I’ve miswritten on the OP, hopefully it was understood. I couldn’t move the text selection pointers and I couldn’t see the phone copy options.
I’m using SwiftKey and there are no good options. If I try it really hard I can move the pointers, but I still can’t see the phone copy options.
The expirience is now horrible, so hopefully developers will add options to hide the new pop-up window and make replit usable on mobile phones once again.

I agree, maybe they should add a “Open Context Menu” button or something.

There should be an option in the settings to turn off the context menu.
